Fresh Scottish Cuisine
At The Priory, we believe in letting outstanding Scottish ingredients speak for themselves. Our chefs work closely with local suppliers across Perthshire and Tayside to source the finest seasonal produce — from hand-dived scallops and fresh haddock landed on the east coast to grass-fed beef from Highland farms and soft fruits grown in the Carse of Gowrie, the fertile farmland that surrounds Inchture.
Our menus change with the seasons, ensuring every visit brings something new to the table. Whether you're drawn to a classic Scottish steak pie with rich gravy, perfectly pan-seared salmon with dill butter, or our indulgent Cranachan dessert made with local raspberries and whisky, you'll taste the quality in every bite. From lunch to evening dining, there are many ways to enjoy our Inchture restaurant. Weekend brunch is available to hotel residents only, by reservation at check-in. Closed Monday & Tuesday.
Saturday & Sunday, 10am – 12pm
Brunch
Our brunch menu is available exclusively to hotel residents who have reserved at check-in. Eggs Benedict, waffles, filled rolls and a full Inchture Breakfast — all freshly prepared.
Wednesday – Sunday, from 12pm
Lunch
A relaxed lunch menu featuring hearty soups, fresh salads, Scottish seafood and comforting classics. Perfect for a midday stop while touring Perthshire.

Evening Dining
As dusk settles over the Carse of Gowrie, enjoy an evening of fine Scottish cuisine. Our seasonal menu showcases the best of local produce.

A traditional High Tea with a choice of main course, served with tea & toast, followed by creamed scones and cakes. £19.50pp / Mini £16.45pp.

Wednesday Fish Teas
A local favourite. Fresh fillet of haddock, chips & mushy peas, bread & butter and a pot of tea. All for £13.95 (smaller portion £11.95).

Thursday Burger Night
Choose from our 6oz cheeseburger, halloumi & mushroom or southern fried chicken. Served in a brioche bun with 2 sides. £14.95.

Monday & Tuesday
The restaurant and bar are closed on Monday and Tuesday. Our hotel reception remains available for guests staying with us.
